Her passion for adventure and knowledge of the healing arts began as a teen and has guided her around the world to mentor with amazing native teachers and elders for over 25 years. Blessed to have strong wise women in her ancestral and extended family, she began her journey with yoga, nutrition, plant medicine, meditation and movement. Through a Sacred Symbols Reading, light is shed onto an inquiry or trauma, allowing for the natural wisdom of your inner medicine to shine forth and ignite transformation. Ancestral healing is a life affirming process that empowers you to connect, repair and nurture relationships with your own wise and loving ancestors, and bring clarity about the origin of patterns and beliefs that may no longer serve you. Readings can also be held for groups or events. Weaving shamanic practices together with her intuitive skills of mediumship and medical intuition, she brings you into a state of awakening to your power as the predominant creative force in your life. She is a founding member and program director of natural healing centers worldwide, such as the Omega Institute, the Nosara Institute, and the Kripalu Center.
