Yoga as Mindfulness Practice with Susan Kraft

Yoga postures are a beautiful way of developing mindfulness through working with the body. In this workshop, you will learn (or review) the basic principles of mindfulness meditation and explore applying those skills to your yoga practice. We’ll then do a slow flow practice together, closing with some quiet restorative postures, all designed to send you into the weekend with a spacious sense of awareness that can always be yours to enjoy.
