Biltmore Village

At the gates of America's Largest Home, Biltmore Village keeps an unhurried, storybook pace, and during Biltmore Championship Asheville Week, it’s a fine place to spend a day.

At the entrance to Biltmore, the village is a walkable cluster of historic cottages and shaded brick sidewalks. Its shops, kitchens, and inns have rolled out deals across the week, from prix fixe dinners to lodging packages. Settle in.

Morning | Breakfast in the Village

Begin at Corner Kitchen, a longtime favorite inside a 19th-century house, where the Championship Week Experience brings a clubhouse classics brunch, King of Golf cocktails, and a Hole-in-One prix fixe. Then stroll the village, stepping into New Morning Gallery, a light-filled space overflowing with handmade art, jewelry, and craft from artists across the region. Enjoy 15% off your purchase with a valid PGA TOUR ticket at the children’s boutique clothing store, Dogwood Darlings, and then check out the Village Artist Market for meet-and-greets and live demonstrations with local artists, a gift concierge, and an art collector’s passport.

Afternoon | The Estate Itself

From the village, it is a short walk to Biltmore, America's Largest Home, built for George Vanderbilt in the late 1800s and surrounded by gardens shaped by Frederick Law Olmsted. Move through the grand rooms, stroll the grounds, or find a seat at the winery for a free tasting.

Evening | A Golfer's Table

Dinner in the village leans into the week. Gemelli sets a Par 3 prix fixe dinner at $55, and Corner Kitchen's Hole-in-One prix fixe dinner runs September 14 through 17. Ruth's Chris Steak House has a trio of specials, including the Fairway Burger, Clubhouse Old Fashioned and The Birdie Martini.

On the estate, the Biltmore Championship Classic packages at the Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate and The Inn on Biltmore Estate each pair a room with two grounds admission tickets, wine, a welcome gift, and free parking, while the Vanderbilt Fairway Package at The Inn on Biltmore Estate steps it up with two clubhouse tickets, a private tent, and valet service.
