Oakland Cottage Bed and Breakfast can accommodate up to 18 guests and the entire 7 bedroom 7 bath home, is popular to reserve for family reunions and small group gatherings (to note, as breakfast is served each morning by the onsite Innkeepers, the main kitchen is not available for group use, but there is a kitchenette in the Butler's Pantry available for all guest use, including dishes, flatware, coffee maker, blender, bar sink, full size fridge/freezer, etc.).

    Location: the entrance to Biltmore Estate is just a mile south (buy discounted tickets directly from the inn); Asheville's city center is just two miles north; the popular South Slope and River Arts district are 1/2 mile away and The Blue Ridge Parkway is also easily accessed from Oakland Cottage B&B, along with many other area attractions.
