White Horse Stepstone (Nonprofit) - Community Patio Project

This project will expand the nonprofit music venue with a 3,972-square-foot, four-season covered patio and upper deck, accommodating 174 additional guests per event. The venue hosts at least 260 events annually, and by year three, it expects to attract approximately 17,000 out-of-market guests.

The project is scheduled to break ground in Jan. 2026, with an expected completion date of May 2026.
