The Venue is a full-service Event Facility located in the center of downtown Asheville, offers a spacious floor plan of 13,000 + sq feet, with three unique sections. Each section has private entrances - The Market Street level, the Mezzanine and The Second floor with a beautiful balcony area overlooking the scene of downtown Asheville.
We accommodate events from 50 to 600 guests, making our space perfect for intimate gatherings or large-scale celebrations. The modern-rustic elegance of exposed brick walls, wood beams, and vintage tile floors creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for every event.
