- 1 cup green olives
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/4 capers
- Zest of 1/2 orange
- 3/4 cup quailty olive oil
Chop first four ingredients w/ knife or food processor, add oil, mix, season with salt and pepper. Spread on sandwiches or use with fish, shellfish or vegetables.
