Property and Cancelation Policies :
A One Night's Deposit is due at the time of booking with the balance due charged to the card on file thirty days prior to your arrival date.
It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance as we are not able to issue refunds for cancellations outside of our refund policy stated below.

  • 100% refund if cancelled at least 14 days prior to check-in
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 7 and 14 days prior to check-in
  • 25% refund if cancelled between 2 and 7 days prior to check-in
  • No refund if cancelled less than 2 days before arrival
No refund if guest checks out early or is required to leave due to violating Elevation Lofts Hotel policies.
Terms and Conditions

To allow adequate time for thoroughly cleaning our large apartment suites between guests, our check-in and check-out times are very firm; early check-ins and late check-outs are not available.  If you arrive early, there may be cleaning team members parked in your parking space and servicing your unit, and your security access code will not yet be active. If you do not check out of your unit on time, you may be inconvenienced when your security access code is automatically de-activated at 11:00 AM.  Additionally, if you do not remove your belongings on time we reserve the right to charge for an additional day to cover the cost of the discount we may need to provide to the next guest, whose check-in time may be delayed because of your late check-out. 
 
    
FEES AND TAXES: Rental rates are exclusive of taxes and any applicable Pet Fees.  Rental fees, Pet Fees, and taxes must be paid at time of booking and are subject to cancellation policy.  

ROUTINE CLEANING: Units are cleaned weekly, and before and after your stay.  In addition, after every 7 nights of a guest stay, bed linens and towels are changed, trash and recycling are removed, and coffee, tea, toiletries, detergents, paper goods, and other consumables are replenished as needed.
 

FIRE SAFETY AND NOXIOUS FUMES: No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere in the building.  Additionally, no candles or deep frying or “blackening” style cooking are permitted in the building. 
 

NO WEAPONS: Elevation Lofts prohibits all persons entering its premises from carrying or bringing into the premises any handgun, other firearm of any kind, BB or pellet gun, martial arts weapons, hunting bows and arrows, fireworks, incendiary device, ammunition, illegal knives, or any other weapons.   This policy applies to all guests, visitors, customers, employees, and contractors, regardless of whether or not they are licensed to carry a concealed or open-carry weapon.  Please either leave all weapons at home or plan to securely lock them in your vehicle. The only exceptions to this policy are local police officers and state or federal peace officers who are allowed to carry weapons under authority of their status as a peace officer.
 

ELECTRONIC ACCESS: Building and unit access security codes, key cards, and key fobs may NOT be shared with anyone other than registered guests.

PARKING: After booking a stay, guests will be assigned 1 single, specific numbered parking space in the private lot diagonally behind the building; use of that space is free between check-in and check-out times, but towing is enforced in the lot in other times or other spaces.

OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is limited to the number of people listed for each unit, plus up to 2 additional infants in guest-provided portable cribs. Guests must include at least one adult over 25 years of age who both signs the rental agreement and stays in the unit.
 NOISE: Parties, loud music or TV, yelling, barking dogs, slamming doors, running in hallways or stairways, or any excess noise levels that disturb other guests are not permitted.  

COMPLIANCE WITH MANDATES: Guests must adhere to any US, NC, Buncombe County or Asheville requirements related to COVID prevention, including, if applicable at the time of their stay, wearing of masks in common areas such as elevator, stairs, and hallways.

ARTWORK: Momentum Gallery provides rotating displays of curated original artwork as a unique feature in the Elevation Lofts guest units.  That artwork is for sale to guests, and it is also visible on the gallery website as available for sale to gallery customers. Occasionally a Momentum Gallery customer may want to purchase a piece of art that is in an Elevation Lofts guest unit. In that case, the hotel manager at Elevation Lofts will contact the guest in that unit and ask if there is a preferred time in the next 24 hours when it would be least inconvenient for the piece of art to be quickly swapped out.  If the item is small and manageable, the Elevation Lofts manager may make the swap for another piece of art; if the item is large or fragile, the Elevation Lofts manager will accompany and assist a staff member of Momentum Gallery to make the swap. 
 

DOGS: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed in each unit; each dog requires payment of anon-refundable Pet Fee of $200 per animal.  This fee is for additional cleaning; it is not a security deposit and doesn’t cover damages (see below).  Dogs are required to be clean, without fleas, up-to-date on required vaccinations, and fully and reliably house-trained. Dogs may not make noise that is heard outside of the unit, must be kept on a short leash in common areas, and may not be allowed to come into contact with other guests or their dogs. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Dogs must remain under owners' supervision, or in a crate provided by owners if owners leave unit. No animals other than dogs are allowed; all other animals – including cats, reptiles, and birds – are strictly prohibited.
 

NON-ROUTINECLEANING: Guests are asked to clean any dishes, flatware, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, appliances such as coffee pots or blenders, or any other kitchen items that they use before they check out. Dishwashers, detergent, dish soap and a folding drainboard are provided to make this easy.  Kitchen items that fit may be left in dishwasher if dishwasher is turned on.  Kitchen items that are left dirty will cause additional unit cleaning time and may result in an additional charge for non-routine cleaning. 
 

DAMAGE: Any damage to the apartment unit or its contents, and any lost items, as well as any resulting loss of rental income while damages or losses are remediated, is the financial responsibility of the guest who rented the unit, regardless of whether those damages or losses were caused by dogs, children, other guests in the unit, or guests’ visitors. During the cleaning that follows your check out, the property will be inspected and an inventory of furnishings and art will be completed. If it is necessary to repair broken items, replace missing or damaged items, perform non-routine cleaning, or repair property damages, we will note the cause and costs in an invoice that will be sent via email, and additional charges may be deducted from your Security Deposit and/or billed to you or directly to your credit card on record. Information on any additional charges will provided as quickly as we can confirm the specific costs.
