Asheville’s premier cider festival is back, Carolina CiderFest! Join us for ample tastings of hard cider, mead, apple wine, and seltzers along with artisanal food, live music, and more this year on South Slope, while McCormick Field gets a facelift. Shay & Company is partnering with the North Carolina Cider Association to host our annual cider festival on June 22nd from 12:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with VIP hours starting at 11:30 a.m.

Full Cider Menu

All Urban Orchard Ciders are aged at a minimum of 8 months, crafted from Hendersonville, NC apples, and utilize a variety of yeasts to give each cider a unique flavor profile.

Cool cider place among the many breweries, so a great place for people who aren’t big beer lovers or just want to have something a bit different. We really loved the ginger and the strawberry ciders. We got the cheese and charcuterie board too which was delicious. Just a cool place to hang out too

In a time where product labels can be difficult to navigate and interpret, you can be sure that Urban Orchard Ciders are of the purest form. We are dedicated to producing the highest quality craft ciders that we feel good about drinking ourselves. Forget the days of overly sweet ciders, full of artificial sweeteners, aromas, and flavors. We let fresh-pressed apple juice do the job for us. Aging/maturation and a variety of yeast strains are competitive advantages for us and we have found that the extra work delivers us a superior product in the end. Stop by for a visit!
