
This weekend wellness retreat will reconnect you with nature. Take a deep breath, unwind and learn about the peaceful practice of forest bathing. Join a certified forest therapy guide for a relaxing 2.5-hour stroll through the forest. You will learn to slow down, relax and reconnect with nature by quieting the mind and awakening the senses. Through a series of invitations, you’ll have the opportunity to be present in the moment, deepening your connection with nature and community, and enjoying the many gifts nature has to offer. This is essentially a mindful stroll in nature - no actual "bathing" required ;) Dates will be the weekend of March 31-April 2 or April 21-23.
