Really nice receptionist and fun idea to order before sitting down, but Dining experience tonight was not superlative. The pulled chicken was pretty dry,  pot roast had a lot of fat, and the french fries had way too much salt. Surprisingly enough, the big hit of the evening was the Brunswick Stew.

We really wanted to eat outside to enjoy the great outdoor, but the noise from passing vehicles was insufferable. 

This seems to be a better place when you come in a group and want to drink a lot of beer than as a couple seeking culinary excellence.

Every time we come, they take something away. First it was the Comfort Fries, then potato salad and they were out of banana pudding?? What is wrong with this place charging 54 dollars for 3 chicken sandwiches. Not delighted at all and will not be coming back often.

No pretenses bbq restaurant.  Large menu - lots of options - order at check-in and they bring food to table.   Wings were great, Mac and cheese not really,  friend okra very good

We ate here during one of our prior visits to Asheville and really enjoyed it, so we returned for lunch during our most recent visit. You order at the counter then find a table. The food is delicious, the service is fast and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Good spot for casual lunch or dinner.
