- The WNC Agricultural Center is an 87-acre multi-purpose entertainment venue and home of the North Carolina Mountain State Fair. The venue continues to distinguish itself as the host of top-ranked trade shows, large scale conferences, sporting events, family shows and equine events.
The new LEED-green Certified Event Center features 45,000 square feet of clear span exhibit space. In addition, the Event Center features flexible meeting space, breakout rooms and state-of-the art audio and video technology. The Expo Building features 27,750 square feet of exhibit space, concession stand and more while the McGough Arena offers 65,000 square foot fully enclosed indoor show facility. Grounds rental is also available.
