The Venue is a full-service Event Facility located in the center of downtown Asheville, offers a spacious floor plan of 13,000 + sq feet, with three unique sections. Each section has private entrances - The Market Street level, the Mezzanine and The Second floor with a beautiful balcony area overlooking the scene of downtown Asheville. The Venue boasts modern-rustic elegance, featuring brick walls, exposed beams, and vintage tile floors.
In-house services include Catering, Bar and Staffing with Audio/Video also available in-house. The Venue has been host to events like Dinner in the Dark, Multi-Day Conferences, Art Galas and Non Profit events. Our skilled event managers and event staff are committed to orchestrate each event with finesse, attention to detail, and excellence in service.

Market Level: The Market Level is on The Street Level of The Venue and is 2,956 Square Feet. 2956 Sq Ft Cocktail: 250 Guests Sit Down: 200 Guests Mezzanine Level: The Mezzanine Level has windows overlooking beautiful downtown and is just a few steps up from the Market Level. It has it's own private entrance and is 3,400 Square Feet. 3400 Sq Ft Cocktail: 350 Guests Sit Down: 275 Guests Second Level with Balcony The Second Level of The Venue is ideal with a Bridal dressing room and a large balcony overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains and Downtown Asheville. The Second Level with Balcony is 3,425 Square Feet. 3425 Sq Ft including Balcony Cocktail: 250 Guests Sit Down: 200 Guests
