At The Crest Center and Pavilion, you will realize that your event is as important to us as it is to you. When you use the banquet services of M7 you get the personal attention of one of our skilled event consultants. They work directly with the executive chef to assure that every detail is just the way you want it! A simple mountain style barbeque or the elegance of a five-course dinner are created in the Crest Center Kitchen under the watchful eyes of the chef. Quality and creativity abound on our culinary team! We offer a wide range of menus, or, we can create a special menu just for you from many of the culinary delights prepared in our kitchen. Most impressive to your guests will be our visual display of the foods. We use elevations and colors to create displays that are as pleasing to the eyes as well as the palate.
