Presenting a collection of radios from World War I to the 1960s. Enjoy seeing many early amateur and home radios such as Atwater-Kent and Philco radios from the 1920s and 1930s and as well as an extensive collection of short-wave "ham" radios including Hammerlund, Drake, Hallicrafter Collins, and many other significant manufacturers. Step back in time and enjoy viewing an Edison 1910 phonograph, a spark gap transmitter from the early 1900's, and important communications memorabilia. Anyone with an interest may become a Museum member, meetings are 3PM, 2nd Friday @ month. MUSEUM HOURS: Fridays 1 - 3 PM, Feb. through Nov. Additional visits may be scheduled by contacting the museum. Admission is free; donations are appreciated.
