Sliding Rock, A Natural Water Slide

This king of swimming holes, located in the mountains of Transylvania County near Asheville, is a 60 foot natural water slide. Ride down a well-worn slab of rock that has been providing summertime entertainment long before water slides became standard fare.
| Types of Tours: | Enjoy the natural waterslide with your group. |
| Group Policies: | Group limit is 50 people per day. Group rates do apply. No reservations available and parking is on a first come, first served basis. Four motorcoach parking spots are available. Groups must sign in with collection officer before sliding. A courtesy call to a Pisgah Ranger is recommended but not required (828-877-3265). |
| Days & Hours of Operation: | Memorial Day - Labor Day, 10:30am - 6:00pm. The best time for groups is before 11:00am and after 4:00pm. |
