We’ve been taking people “out to eat” for 25 years. Led by expert guides, you’ll discover at least a dozen wild edibles, including ones you might find in your own backyard: greens, berries, mushrooms, flowers, roots, nuts… we never know what we might find! We gather a few and cook some up for a tasting. You can keep your foraged finds or have them crafted into an appetizer at an award-winning Asheville restaurant.
