Come visit the Creamery to taste and buy our Southern Farmstead Cheese crafted from the milk of our pastured cows and buy from the hand of the maker. We've got Looking Glass award winning favorites like our raw milk alpine style Bear Wallow, our washed rind stinker, Chocolate Lab and our traditional cheddar style, Drovers Road. Or try our fresh cheddar curds when available, our blue cheese, or fresh fromage. We also offer wine by the bottle or glass, local beers, and our very own hard cider alongside our cheese boards, seasonal offerings, and specials. You can stay for a while and order a cheese plate--try the Tess, a selection of three of our flagship cheeses or the Vivian, five LGC cheeses alongside some local preserves, salami, and mustard. Both plates are served with Roots & Branches Crackers. Beyond our cheese, you'll find our delicious dulce de leche caramel sauce called Carmoolita, plus local goods from Sugar Skull, Cathead, Copper Pot and Wooden Spoon, Dynamite Roasting Coffee, and Lusty Monk Mustard. While you are here, relax in the loft of the creamery in our cozy chairs and gathering spaces with beautiful views of the mountains or enjoy garden seating outside in nicer weather. While you're here, sample all of our cheeses and caramel and talk cheese varieties, production practices, and learn about our farm and farming practices. From mid spring to late autumn the kids can hand-feed our resident calves hay supplied on request by our cheese mongers or bring some apple slices and carrots from home for them. And don't forget to bring a cooler or something to keep your cheese purchases cool if you are driving a long distance to get back home.
