Founded 14 years ago by husband-and-wife team Hugo Ramirez and Amy Cavanaugh, Limones has become a local mainstay for Asheville residents and visitors alike. Hugo serves as Executive Chef and draws inspiration from the diverse flavors of Mexico City where he grew up and the dishes he enjoyed during childhood. Adjacent to Limones is sister restaurant En La Calle, serving takes on classic Mexican street food.
