Cindy creates modern landscapes and abstracts in both 2 and 3 dimensional pieces; the richly toned images play with light and shadow to emphasize a sense of space. Her multi-dimensional works are created with thin layers of shaped wood, using her distinctive technique, which adds additional spatial power to her art. A North Carolina native, Cindy has been painting since childhood, has a BS from NCSU School of Design, and is inspired by the dynamic views of the mountains. Custom sizes and colors are welcomed.

Cindy works in her home Art Studio in Black Mountain, and demonstrates and sells her artwork in The River Arts District at 362 Depot Street. She also has a sales gallery in Woolworth Walk, downtown Asheville.
