These sessions can be held at your place, the studio, or in the outdoors of WNC. This offering is great for a personalized practice, a birthday party, wedding party, or just a weekend treat with friends. We customize each experience to fit your vision. Sessions can include meditation, pranayama (breath work), asana (physical postures), self massage, and more. Styles of yoga taught are gentle, vinyasa, yin, power, restorative, Hatha, and Yoga Nidra. You chose the style you would like and we are happy to consult with you to determine what would work best.
