Forestry Camp is a bar and restaurant located near Biltmore Village. The camp was originally a Civilian Conservation Corp. location, housing men working on environmental conservation projects, such as The Blue Ridge Parkway construction, as part of the New Deal legislation. Currently, Forestry Camp sits on the same property as Burial Beer Co.'s production brewery and main offices. Executive Chef, JT DeBrie, works with local farms and incorporates a whole animal program, using every part of the animal, in the menu. Our ingredients, much like the influential history of the property, tell a story in every meal, a story of tradition, connection, preparation, and culture.
