Double Creek Ranch is a private outdoor wedding venue located in East Asheville. Our facility can hold up to 300 guests with plenty of space left for parking. We have large opened creek-side fields with a great view of the Blue Ridge Mountains all around. Our ranch is in a lush private setting surrounded by greenery and wildlife. You have the option to use us as your venue only or you may use us to help plan your wedding and find vendors.​ Opened for events April 1 –October 31 and tours available all year.

Venue Only: Use of the property from 10AM-Midnight the day of the event, Power, Fire pit, Rustic outdoor benches by the river, Yard games, 2 Arbors (Metal with patio by the creek or Cedar log for larger events), Use of the house for bridal parties to get ready before the wedding, and parking.

Decor Rental: $ 600. Separate from venue fee. Use of both staff driven Golf Carts for guests, Propane heaters, Beverage Dispensers, Garbage cans and any other items from our 'Decor Closet' (Signage, vases etc.) Golf carts can be priced separately w/out full rental at $100/each. We do not offer tents/tables/chairs/tablecloths/china/glassware/silverware etc.

Basic Planning: $3,000. Separate from venue rental fee. We find your vendors and plan the details of your event based on your ideas, with your communication and approval of all selections. Day-of coordinator, Set-up and Clean-up included. Vendors/Decor/Rentals will be priced separately. Price may vary depending on the intricacy of your event and number of guests.
