DIFFERENT WRLD is a venue, a creative space. You are the people that fill it. By day, the space is a coffee shop, studio and creative library – a space for you to spread out, explore ideas, have a cup of coffee, and get connected with resources and creative tools. By night, it is an event venue and performance space – a place to get inspired and see other people share their creativity.

By day, our space is a creative library and coffee shop. It’s like a big shared studio space or chill office away from home. The core of the library is a catalog of gear for checkout including synthesizers, cameras and lighting, a photo studio space, and plenty of books and art supplies for inspiration at your fingertips. We have coffee, tea, and snacks to fuel your day. Come by for a chai, bring your latest knitting project, or meet your book club here. Check our calendar for free classes + creative meetups.

We host anything from local or touring live music, to clown shows, djs and dance nights, fundraisers, karaoke nights, and private parties. Weeknights we have chill hangouts like synth lab, trivia, book clubs, art classes, and creative meetups.
