From our Florida Stone Crabs in the winter, to the Maryland Soft Shell Crabs that peak in the spring, to the Rockfish you’ll discover in the west coast during the summer, we’re committed to serving you seasonal seafood and local favorites throughout the year.
After our chefs simply season your fish, they cook it to perfection over a wood-burning grill. Our grills are loaded every morning with oak wood that burns hot and crackles to infuse our fish with the unforgettable, savory flavor you can only get at Bonefish Grill.

We catch fish from all over the world and hand-cut it in house daily. We pair them with the freshest vegetables we can find to create a perfect meal, each and every time.
At Bonefish Grill, fresh also means making our soups, sauces and signature dressings in house, and finishing your meal with a dessert made by our chef that day.

The Bonefish Way
At Bonefish Grill, we do things a little differently. It all began in January 2000 in St. Petersburg, Florida, where our founders, Tim Curci and Chris Parker, opened the very first Bonefish Grill, fueled by their shared love for catching, cooking and serving fresh fish.
Bonefish Grill was founded on perfecting every detail for you, because we believe that a great meal is more than just food on a plate.
