Arcadian Ave offers three lovely homes in Fairview, Weaverville and Swannanoa within 20 mins from downtown Asheville. Our homes all have spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and are packed with resort style amenities including: outdoor hot tub, indoor or outdoor barrel sauna, indoor steam room, private cinema, arcade/games room, indoor slide, chefs kitchen, and outdoor fire pits. With our five-star hospitality, concierge service, and dedicated management, cleaning and ground maintenance staff our homes are perfect for multi-generational family vacations, friend reunions, wellness retreats or even small weddings.

Grand Eagle Event Venue:  Our 15-acre property is surrounded by lush forest and panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located 20 mins from downtown Asheville it’s the ideal location for a wedding, retreat or celebration. Our great lawn or indoor great room can seat up to 35 people for the ceremony and reception.  It offers the best Blueridge Mountain views as the backdrop for your wedding!

Skyridge Villa Event Venue: Built on 9- acres of beautiful mountain terrain, this villa provides some of the best long-range views in Asheville. Say your I-do’s on our 2,000 sq.ft outdoor deck overlooking the mountains or within our covered on-site gazebo.

When hosting an event at one of our homes, you are welcome to use our on-site event supplies listed below. 

• 35 champagne colored Chiavari chairs (the color is close to a light silver)
• 35 white wooden, folding ceremony chairs
• Six, 6′ rectangle tables
• Six, high-top cocktail tables
• White table cloths
• White ceremony arbor or Wooden Triangle Arches
