Full Moon Sound Bath

We will use the potent, transformative energy of the Full Sturgeon Moon and its accompanying partial lunar eclipse to clear away attachments, honor this season's growth and abundance, and surrender to emotional release. We will use simple movement, breathwork, meditation, and a 60-minute sound bath to shed what no longer serves us and drop deep into a state of dreamlike rest. We'll begin by grounding our energy and opening ourselves up to growth and expansion through simple Kriya movements, followed by Pranayama to release resistance, soothe the nervous system, and invite inner peace. We will transition into a calming 60-minute sound immersion, and we will end with a gratitude meditation to seal our intentions as the moon rises. Sound baths promote deep release and relaxation, and entrain our brainwaves to shift into a dreamlike state. This gentle, grounding practice is open to everybody, no experience needed. Come as you are, tired or wired or somewhere in between. We'll provide a thick foam sound bath mat, along with cushions and blankets. Just wear something comfortable and bring your water bottle.
