1:1 Healing Session with the Herd led by Eden

Step into sacred connection—between you, the horses, the Earth, and your own intuitive wisdom. This 1:1 healing session is held in the presence of the herd of HapBE Valley horses and guided by Reiki energy, meditation, breathwork, guided visualizations, and intuitive insight. Rooted in both clinical therapeutic training and energy work, this experience invites nervous system regulation, emotional release, and soulful clarity. The horses hold the field with gentle, non-verbal presence—amplifying healing and grounding you in the moment. Each session includes:

• Grounding with the practitioner to clarify the session intentions • Opening meditation to arrive in the body and attune to the herd • Reiki energy healing in the calming presence of horses 
• Energetic downloads and intuitive guidance received during the session
• Card pull + reflection to anchor insight
• Integration conversation grounded in therapeutic principles and relevant homework assignments to allow the energy to continue settling
