Katie Wilson is an avid Yogi and active runner! She earned her 200hr through SYI and her 300hr YTT through Vira Bhava Yoga, with a focus in Hatha & Shri Vidya Tantric lineage. She also holds a degree in Spanish and Applied Linguistics. She comes with 10 years of experience as an educator in holistic and experiential educational settings, and 5 in facilitation / leadership.
