The Journey Within: Free Event with Vasant Lad

Join us for a unique spiritual gathering with a living legend - FREE at the AyurPrana Listening Room. The Journey Within will be a spiritual exploration and Satsang (a sacred gathering) for the Asheville community led by world-renowned Ayurvedic physician, lecturer, and author Vasant Lad, BAM&S, MASc. Please note this event is first come first served - please book a seat to secure your spot. Vasant Lad’s lineage of Ayurvedic teaching reaches all the way back to the ancient Vedic traditions, and aims to support healing the whole being in body, mind, and spirit. To keep access to the ancient spiritual teachings free and available, Vasant Lad launched The Journey Within series at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic so that people could still gather in satsang and dive into the teachings through online live sessions. AyurPrana is blessed to offer the first Journey Within session live, in person and FREE for all who are interested in joining. Vasant Lad founded the first Ayurvedic School in the US, The Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM, after moving from India in the late 1970s. In the summer of 2022, the Institute moved here to a new campus on Orange Street in Asheville, NC. This live and free session is our way of inviting the community of Asheville to come meet our founder, and learn more about what we do to support the healing of all beings in mind. body, and spirit!
