Classes are $12 each, or purchase an 8 class bundle for $80
May 5th and June 2nd
1 hour of slow and gentle stretching accessible to all levels of practitioners. We will focus on deep folds, holds in opening poses, mindful mobility and meditative breath. This is a great class for anyone working on slowing down and listening to self, also great for those new to yoga or breath work. A real feel good start to the month!
May 12, May 19, June 9, June 16
1 hour of moderately paced, flowing movement. This class follows a traditional vinyasa structure; beginning with a gentle warmup, sun salutations, then standing and balancing postures followed by back bending and hip opening. The class sweetly wraps up with a slow paced cool down, inversion and of course our favorite; shavasana! I give lots of cuing to allow students to go further in or modify a pose, aiming to make this class enjoyable for all levels.
May 26, June 23
1 hour of steady paced, core building, challenging yoga sequencing. This class will have a lovely warm up and cool down, but the main flow will have lots of chaturangas (them yoga pushups y'all) chairs, twists and arm balances. This is a great class to sweat out anything you need to let go of, to remind yourself of your strength and to build your physical yoga practice. I will be breaking down peek poses to empower yogis to strive to challenge themselves and what is possible on and off the mat.
