
Strength & Yoga with SueAnn5 wk series During our time together we will do both strength + yoga. After many years of practice I have learned that adding in strength training is essential to keep my body pain free, healthy and strong. Strength training has improved my yoga practice and helps me feel more balanced. In this series we will use weights and resistance bands to help us focus on building balanced muscle.
