In this workshop, you will gain an insight into ayurvedic cooking. This type of cooking is not only delicious, it is an ancient system of health. The first part of the workshop will focus on cooking principles; using spices and combining different food groups to achieve optimum health. The second part will focus on the health quiz, where each participant will be able to get an initial Ayurvedic assessment and leave the class with the first step in their journey to a healthy lifestyle. This class is vegan.
