This four part series takes place on Saturdays in April with weekly spring themes that will feature some of Asheville’s top flow yoga instructors, as well as special "pop-up" wellness practitioners and demonstrations after class. #2 April 14, SOW: Recognize the potential within and around you. What intentions to you want to plant in the rich soil of your awareness? Focus is on core work.
#3 April 21, GROW: What is it you need to stay in balance and to keep your intentions strong? Focus on standing and balance poses
#4 April 28, BLOOM: Celebrate the blossoming in your life. Focus on heart openers.
