Small Batch Small Bites at Highland Brewing

Good things come in small packages! This dinner will be filled with delicious small tapas-style bites from Chef Dano Holcomb of Root Down catering and small batch beers from Highland. Highland’s R&D Brewing Manager, Shane Cummings and sensory expert, Megan Rayfield, will also be on hand to help guide guests through the beers and pairing experience. Menu and pairings below:

Table seating is limited and sold in seats of 2, 4, 6 and 8. Dinner will include 3 10oz beers + 1 welcome 4oz beer per seat at your table. Additional beer can be purchased with a credit card or cash at the bar. This event is 21+ only, no exceptions. Must be able to present a valid ID. Tickets are non-refundable.
