Qigong is a simple, easy-to-learn, done by everyone at any fitness level, over 4,000-year-old moving meditation from ancient China. It incorporates breath, movement, and mindfulness to improve physical health and vitality, balance emotions, and focus the mind. Qigong slows the aging process by clearing stress, increasing strength, flexibility, and balance, and helping prevent and heal disease. Qigong promotes a supple spine and brings healing energy to all parts of the body. 

Participants will perform simple, easy-to-follow movements to help release stress, strengthen the body, improve flexibility and balance, and center emotions and the mind. Participants will engage in movements to activate energy, and to release tension, followed by slow graceful mindful movements that foster a state of relaxed meditative “flow.”
