Prana Flow Yohga

Where did the first yoga postures come from? Join us and discover first hand! In this wholly unique yoga class, we will move and breathe to the rhythms of nature innate to our bodies and tap into the same subtle energy the original yogis once did. In Prana Flow Yohga, there are no set poses, alignment cues, or right and wrong. Instead, learn to perceive prana inside and around you, and through that connection create your own movements to open the body, quiet the mind, and nourish the spirit. Participants will be guided to deeply tune into their bodies and given open ended movement cues that you can express however you like. This class is appropriate for all “levels” and abilities. Prior familiarity with linking breath, awareness, and movement will allow for a more enjoyable, meaningful experience. Led by Richard Fabio.
