Pies & Rolls Baking Class

Each person will make their own Apple Pie to take home using our extra flaky pie dough recipe as the base for crisp autumn apples. Soft, buttery pull apart yeast rolls will be made as well which will be perfect for adding to your Holiday table. You will learn the traditional Asian technique called “Tangzhong” for making the rolls extra pillowy soft. Join us to get ready for Holiday Baking!
