A retreat into the beautiful mountains to allow yourself to the time to pause and reconnect with nature, the breath, and yourself. Retreat will include waterfall/mountain top hiking options, yoga, mediation, journaling, Yoga Nidra and more. Saturday day option and overnight backpacking option.
This retreat is a chance to disconnect from the everyday and take time to be with yourself in the beautiful mountains of the Pisgah National Forest. We will hike on the Flat Laurel Creek Trail to enjoy yoga asana, meditation, pranayama (breathwork), quiet time, journaling and yoga nidra.
