OaxaCarolina Mole Dinner with Chef Luis Martinez

Get ready for one of the most unique experiences pairing Oaxaca and the Appalachians. We are honored to welcome Chef Luis Martinez to our tasting bar and he has put together a four-course mole menu, inspired by his cuisine from native home, Oaxaca, Mexico.

Optional beverage pairings curated by Botanist & Barrel's Amie Fields, a certified Sommelier and Pommelier for an additional $30.  

Chef Martinez has been working tirelessly the last few years on a new project to bring awareness to Indigenous Mexican communities and Indigenous beans and corn with Tequio Foods (https://tequiofoods.com/).
