Slow down, notice your surroundings, and appreciate the natural world on our Mindfulness Day Hikes. There have been numerous studies showing the profound impact mindfulness and nature immersion can have on your body and mind. Improve your mood, decrease anxiety, and increase your focus by setting aside intentional time to take care of yourself.

Our guides will teach you the basics of mindfulness and intuitive listening before your hike and encourage you to notice nature in a completely new way. At the top of the bluff, we'll provide you with a small journal to write down any thoughts or experiences you've had so far. Then enjoy a healthy and delicious, catered lunch from Roman's Deli in Asheville while you soak up the fresh air and beautiful views. After lunch, we'll come together and share a Kombucha and talk about our experience before heading back to the trail head. This is a beginner friendly, 3-mile hike in Dupont State Forest.
