A 6 Course Mikasa Nostra Dinner with Chef Santiago Vargas and Sommelier/Pommelier Amie Fields. Mikasa Nostra is a new concept and style of food in North Carolina. It brings exciting and unique flavors from the Peruvian-Italian fusion born in Peru. It adds to the diversity of food and culture so loved and welcomed in Asheville, NC, a city of foodies and enthusiasts of new cultures. We want to add Peruvian-Italian flavors to the extensive culinary culture that already exists in this beautiful city, and work with local farmers, not only to adapt their products to our dishes, but also to grow our Peruvian Chilis, potatoes, etc. in the local farms.
