Mediterranean Brunch Cooking Class

If you are a bit tired of eating grits, bacon and biscuits join us for a new experience. Mediterranean brunch is made of freshly baked pastries and saucy eggs. Imagine yourself sitting back and listening to the waves of the sea, let the sun warm your body and surrender to the slow pace of the old country. This meal can be a great substitute to a light Spring dinner or lunch.

If you never heard of Shakshuka then you better find out. If you’ve heard of it but didn’t know how to make it, this is your chance.

In this delicious Mediterranean brunch class we will make Turkish cheese and spinach pastries, shakshuka, flat bread, salad and a sweet finish of Baklava.

We will finish the meal w sweet pastries and mint tea, or Turkish coffee.
