West Asheville Tailgate Market is hosting its first market supper of 2017 with Salt & Smoke! You can expect several courses of Classic French Country cuisine using ingredients sourced from vendors at the market. The market supper is a unique way to support the local food movement, meet the farmers that grow your food, and commune with neighbors over a fresh, local, thoughtfully prepared meal.The chefs of Salt and Smoke are preparing an exciting (yet classic) French Country meal. Think simple dishes with lots of flavor...and butter. As many ingredients as possible will be sourced directly from WATM vendors.Tickets are $50/person. All proceeds will go toward the growth of the marketTickets can be purchased online or at the market's Information Booth on Tuesdays from 3:30-6:30pm.This is a small supper and tickets are sure to sell out quickly!
