Introduction to Gluten Free Baking

Get ready for Thanksgiving with Gluten Free Pie Dough!  In this class, you will learn how to make an all butter gluten free pie dough.  We'll make a quiche to enjoy during class and you'll have your dough to take home.  The Best gluten free brownies will also be made so that you have a delicious dessert recipe on hand.  You will learn the basic principles and science of gluten free baking.  ***The baking school is NOT a gluten free facility.  Please consider this before registering for a gluten free class.  Wheat flour is used on a daily basis in the school***
