Gardens range from the whimsical to the meditative. Two gardens have apiaries and several contain steep slopes. One garden, the Ramsey garden, will be featured in the July issue of Southern Living. Master Gardeners will be in each garden to answer questions, identify plants, and provide gardening information. Money raised by this tour goes to Master Gardener programs like School Garden Grants, supporting gardens for and by children in Buncombe County.Audience: While this tour targets adults, some older children or teenagers may enjoy it as well. No baby strollers or dogs, please.Cost / Registration: Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 day of tour. Advance tickets may be bought on-line at buncombemastergardener.org from April 15 until May 31, or at the Extension office at 49 Mt. Carmel Road, Asheville. Day of tour tickets may be bought at Registration.
