
Join us in learning how to make gluten free sourdough bread! Everyone should be able to enjoy bread and just because you're gluten free doesn't mean you should miss out. This class covers how to make and maintain a gluten free sourdough starter and the principles of baking gluten free bread. We'll also make an additional item using sourdough discard. We will bake bread during class for tasting and you will have your dough to take home and bake the next day. ***The baking school is NOT a gluten free facility. Please consider this before signing up for a gluten free class. Wheat flour is used in the school on a daily basis***
