French Desserts Class

Bonjour! Let us whisk you away to the French countryside in French Desserts! Class begins with making France’s most popular delicate sponge cake - The Madeline. Next pastry dough is made that will be filled with fresh creme patissiere (pastry cream) and topped with fresh fruit. Lastly a chocolate gateau (torte) is made to round out our trip through France.
