Join us on select Saturday mornings in April & May to immerse in the magic of the forest as new life sprouts up all around us! This is a special version of our classic Forest Bathing walks that I hope you will enjoy!
In Japan, the birthplace of forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku), they celebrate the annual bloom of the cherry blossoms (Sakura) with a practice known as Hanami. It translates to "contemplate the flowers." It's a time of deepening our attention and enjoying the transient nature of flowers. Join us for a walk in the woods as we celebrate the arrival of our local wildflowers. Quiet your mind and awaken your senses while deepening your connection to nature and community. This gentle and restorative walk is suitable for most ages and activity levels and will not exceed 1 mile round trip.
Want an exclusive experience? Private walks are available daily with advanced notice. Maximum group size is 30.
