Fermented Pairings Series Vol. 6: Preserving the Bounty of the Season
Join White Labs Kitchen & Tap for a delicious and educational evening. White Labs Asheville’s Education & Engagement Curator, Jo Doyle, is teaming up with White Labs Kitchen & Tap’s Head Chef, Rob Morrison, for an hour and a half pairing session. The event will explore the history and techniques of preserving the summer harvest for the cold winter months ahead. We will feature four courses of in-house ferments and accouterments paired with five White Labs beers.
